challenge

Habito isn’t your average real estate or mortgage company. With a mission to end “mortgage hell” and make the home-buying process more transparent, they’ve long stood out for their bold brand and customer-first mentality. To support their next phase of growth, Habito needed a new kind of content experience—one that could function as a high-performing digital knowledge hub while breaking away from the conventions of traditional real estate blogs.

RNR Studio was brought in to design and develop this new platform—one that would reflect their values, empower users with clarity, and help turn knowledge into confident action.

approach

We collaborated with Habito to build a content-first experience that stays true to their unconventional tone—visually distinctive, user-friendly, and conversion-ready.

Bold Brand Expansion

Working within Habito’s existing visual identity, we introduced refinements that pushed the brand into a more dynamic and functional system. Color, typography, and illustration styles were adapted for readability, rhythm, and modularity—transforming individual brand elements into a scalable design system.

Design That Drives Action

More than just a blog, Habito’s knowledge center needed to educate and convert. We designed an experience that guides users through content with clarity and energy—using bold headlines, clear CTAs, and a responsive layout that works across every device and screen size.

Scalable CMS Architecture

Built on Webflow, the system was designed for in-house management. A clean CMS structure allows Habito’s content team to create, edit, and organize articles quickly—keeping pace with shifting real estate trends and customer questions. Our design ensured that functionality never comes at the cost of style.

The Habito knowledge center is now a key part of their customer journey—an editorial platform that delivers value, builds trust, and empowers home buyers to take the next step.

Content That Connects

From mortgage basics to complex financial guidance, content is now easier to find, easier to read, and more action-oriented—serving as a powerful companion to Habito’s service offering.

Frictionless Experience

The design system performs across all devices and browsers, delivering fast load times and intuitive UX, no matter the user’s tech fluency or stage in the buying process.

A Platform Built to Scale

With a flexible CMS and modular layout system, Habito’s team is equipped to grow their content strategy, test new formats, and continue building trust through education—one article at a time.
